new code on personal data protection, we hereby
communicate the following.
The processing of data is performed in line with
the principles of legitimacy and transparency,
while safeguarding your privacy and your rights.
The data supplied to MINESSI
Servizi Ecologici on the occasion of contractual
relations aimed at presenting offers, or during
the establishment of contractual relations, are
the subject of computerised or manual processing
for the purposes of:
a) complying with: civil, fiscal and accounting
standards; the administrative handling of the
relationship; observance of contractual obligations;
to provide support and information for the services
that you have purchased;
b) information on future initiatives and announcements
of new services from both the company and our
external consultants.
The data mentioned at point a) are processed by
our employees, our collaborators and our external
consultants, when they are performing the mandate
assigned to them.
We must point out that consent to data handling
for the purposes indicated at point a) is obligatory
and essential for the purposes of performing the
mandate assigned to us. Vice versa, it is voluntary
for the purposes mentioned at point b): if you
should refuse to give your consent to the latter,
we cannot guarantee that we can provide information
on the developments in our services.
The company guarantees that data processing performed
with or without the aid of electronic or, in any
case, automated means, will be performed using
instruments that are suitable for guaranteeing
safety and confidentiality. This may include –
in compliance with the limits and conditions established
by legislative decree no. 196/2003 – one
or more of the following operations on data: collection,
registration, organisation, storage, processing,
modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection,
blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction.

for the purposes mentioned above.
At any time the data subject may exercise their
rights with the data controller, pursuant to sect.
7 of legislative decree no. 196/2003, as follows,
in full: "1. The data subject has the right
to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal
data concerning him exists, regardless of whether
it has already been recorded or not, and communication
of such data in intelligible form. 2. The data
subject has the right to be informed: a) of the
source of personal data; b) of the purposes and
methods of processing; c) the logic applied in
the event of processing performed with the aid
of electronic means;
d) of the identification data of the data controller,
data processors and designated representative
as pursuant to section 5, paragraph 2; e) of the
entities or categories of entity to which the
personal data may be communicated or that may
become aware of said data in their capacity as
designated representative within the state’s
territory, data processor or person in charge
of processing. 3. The data subject has the right
to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested,
integration of the data;
b) cancellation, rendering anonymous or blocking
of data that has been processed unlawfully, including
data the retention of which is not necessary for
the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently
processed;
c) certification that the operations as per letters
a) and b) have been brought to the attention,
including as far as their contents is concerned,
to those entities to which the data was communicated
or disseminated, unless this requirement proves
impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate
effort compared to the right that is to be protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in
whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to
the processing of personal data concerning him,
even if relevant to the purpose of its collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning
him when carried out for the purpose of sending
advertising materials or direct selling or for
the performance of market research or marketing
communications".
Upon receipt of this communication, consent to
processing of the personal data mentioned at point
a) is understood as being given, unless refusal
is expressly shown in a written communication.
